We are using Australia Post for all deliveries in AU. If you are not at your home when the delivery comes, you will get a notification letter, and you can then pick up your package at your nearest Post-Office. 

We accept all types of payment methods via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Direct Bank Deposit. Afterpay is available in Australia only. We also accept phone orders.

All leather shade products have a 12 month warranty period, covering materials and quality when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. 

Warranty doesn't extend to normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper care or neglect (including scratches, rips, water damage, marks, etc.)

The Standard delivery Applicable within Australia is FREE for orders over $50, or $5 if your order is less than $50. For your convenience, we also offer an EXPRESS delivery service (for Australian orders) for a flat rate of $10 

Just let us know what you'd like to receive in replacement of your original purchase, we'll then send you a prepaid label to return the original item, and we'll send you the replacement as soon as the original item is received. Simple and Free. For further info, refer to our Exchange policy page.

You can quickly return your purchases from, for any reason, within 14 days from your purchase date. Just make sure that the item(s) you're returning is in perfect brand new condition and have the swing tags attached. For further info, refer to our Return Policy page.
